Most guest-messaging AI is built like enterprise software: one assistant, one company, every property funneled through the same generic voice. It scales for the vendor. It does not scale the feeling a high-end guest is paying for.
A villa in Saint-Tropez, a heritage cottage in West Cork and a design-led chalet in Verbier are not three rows in a database. We thought the assistant should be shaped like that reality — one concierge per property, trained on that property alone.

MyBrigitte was founded in 2026, in Ramatuelle — in the heart of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, where a high-end short-term rental lives or dies on how well a guest is looked after.
Brigitte's first deployment was close to home: Cap Nioulargo, a luxury one-bedroom apartment 250 metres from Pampelonne Beach. One property, one owner, a steady stream of guests arriving from everywhere — with the same repetitive questions, at every hour, in every language. It was the right first house to prove the per-property idea on.
What happened there — 87% of guests using Brigitte during their stay, and 90% fewer questions reaching the owner and manager — is why MyBrigitte is now opening Brigitte to operators across Europe: villa estates, boutique managers, owner-operators and aparthotels.
